Walnut stock blanks are produced in the company’s plant which is situated in the region of Veliko Turnovo, in the middle of Bulgaria. We are situated in Sofia and have been in the wood industry since 1989. Being in the industry for 25 years we professionally and carefully chose and process the finest of timbers of 200 years and more. They are harvested in Bulgaria in the Balkan’s region – in the mountains – “Stara Planina”, “Rodopi”, “Rila”, “Pirin” and in the region of river Danub. We sell green and also naturally air-dried blanks. In our shop here you will find only naturally air-dried blanks for a period of 10 and more years. All the blanks feature contrasting colors and heavy black lines, feathered crotch, and exceptional figure with lots of fiddle back.
Production Capabilities: In our plant we exclusively process Circassian walnut logs. We process over 1200 cubic meters per year, making more than 40000 blanks in all models. We have storage over 100 cubic meters of walnut logs, which are in front of our plant for producing. We always are in position to accept orders in special measurements for all kind of stocks, blanks, pistol grips and musical instruments. We have on hand a large size selection of gunstock blanks and any other kind of details. You can select the size, color and figure that would best fit your needs. Our gunstocks are in various stages of drying to ensure enough inventories so that your order can be filled expediently.
In our plant complete trees are processed, from which different types of shotgun stocks result. This different qualities extends from the simple straight blanks up to the very beautiful, dark colored and with much movement furnished exhibition blanks, which are very rare. Our expert’s hand selects each piece of wood and meticulously cut each blank to maximize the color, figure and grain of the wood. Besides the firmness and extraordinary colors with contrast, the Circassian walnut brings a lot of pleasant advantages with itself. Selected and graded for its strength and beauty, our wood is a typical of the quality found on the world’s best shotguns and rifles. Its added advantage in yielding far less waste during production in comparison with the other types of walnut wood is of great economic significance. Before delivery each piece of production is inspected scrupulously for absolute confidence and reliability of the quality. All products are planned and ready to use.
